Smoking is forbidden inside the property. Smoking inside is a 200 EUR penalty fee.

Only guests registered on the reservation reserve the right to stay
Any damages made to the property, interior and exterior will be charged for.
A breakfast buffet can be purchased for an additional price of 11 EUR.
The breakfast is served daily from 08-10 AM.
From 1. June until 31. August the opening hours of the restaurant are 11 AM-09 PM every day of the week.

Standard rate: The guest can cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 3 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up they will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Non-refundable rate: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel at anytime.
