Cancellation Policy

Standard rate
You may cancel free of charge until three days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the three days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Non-refundable rate
Please note, if canceled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Check-in
Check-in is available after 14:00. We will make every effort to honor special requests such as a specific room and early check-in. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Check-out
Check-out is before 12:00. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 10:00 AM on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Payment Accepted credit cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Hótel Norðurland reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival. Guests pay at property.
Please note that charges will be made in the hotel’s local currency (ISK) according to the exchange rate on the day that the charge is made.

Hótel Norðurland is a non-smoking hotel.

Dogs are allowed.

After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from Hótel Norðurland via email.

How to cancel?
To cancel your booking please contact the hotel directly via email booking@hotel-nordurland.is or phone +354-426-2600. Cancellation is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation email.
