Standard Rate: Free cancellation up to 7 days prior arrival. If cancelled or modified with less than 7 days prior arrival, your credit card will be charged for the full amount. 

Cancellation request must be in writing or done through the link in your confirmation email, your reservation is not considered cancelled until you have received a confirmation from the hotel.

Non Refundable Rate: Your reservation may be charged anytime after booking is confirmed. If you cancel for any reason, attempt to modify your reservation, or do not arrive on your specified check-in date, your payment is Non-refundable. The payment is Non-refundable even in case of early departure.
