A booking can be cancelled or changed without cost up to 5 days prior to the arrival date and no later than 15:00 GMT+1. If a cancellation/change is made later than this, the guest is liable to pay 100% of the booking. If the guest leaves before the planned departure day or fails to appear, they are liable for the full amount. Breakfast not included in our standard price agreements.
